NewSelections now show time spent per property

Every listing deserves a page that is only about it.

yourname.onshow.ae — a Portfolio, a page for every property, corrected photographs, brochures, and client Selections that tell you what they actually looked at. Nothing routes through a portal.

No card. Your first property page is live before the trial asks you anything.

One listing

Enter a property once. It becomes five things.

Not five products with five logins — five views of one row. Change the price once and every one of them says the new number, because there was only ever one number.

The platform

Everything a listing needs, and nothing it does not.

Six surfaces, one listing. Enter a property once and it becomes a page, a Portfolio entry, a brochure, and a card inside any Selection you build.

Your own address, and everything on it

yourname.onshow.ae. Your photograph, your bio, your BRN, your listings — and no competitor anywhere on the page.

How it works

Add a property. Send the link. That is the product.

No implementation, no data migration, no onboarding call. The first listing takes about three minutes, photographs included.

One question at a time

A wizard that tells you what is missing before you finish

Permit, price, rooms, photographs — asked one screen at a time, with the publish gate live the whole way. You find out about the missing BRN at the start, not after three minutes of typing.

  • Autosaves on every keystroke; closing the tab loses nothing
  • The publish button names the one thing that is wrong
  • Off-plan listings get a payment-plan step, everyone else skips it

Before this can go live

Studio

Photographs corrected as they arrive

Exposure, colour and sharpness fixed on upload, then encoded to four AVIF sizes in the same pass. The page serves the right one for the screen it is on, so a 30-card grid does not download 30 full-resolution photographs.

  • Your untouched originals stay yours, ready for the portals
  • A standing disclosure on every page — enhanced, and it says so
  • Nothing is upscaled into a resolution claim it cannot support

Property pages

A page that survives being pasted into WhatsApp

A real preview card with the cover photograph, a gallery that opens full screen, the all-in cost of buying it, and one way to enquire that does not need an account.

  • Photographs open full screen, with keyboard and swipe
  • The all-in cost table shows what a buyer will actually pay
  • Permit block on every page, because the law requires it

Selections

Send five properties. Find out which one they kept coming back to.

A Selection is a curated set for one client on a private, unguessable link. No login, no app, nothing to install — and every time they open it you see which properties they viewed, which photographs they sat on, and for how long.

  • Personalised with their name, and a note from you on each property
  • Archive the link and it stops working, without deleting what it learned
  • Never indexed — the URL is the only key

Why Onshow

The things that are true here and nowhere else.

Most of this product is table stakes done carefully. These six are the reasons an agent moves.

Your address, not a portal listing

yourname.onshow.ae belongs to you. No competing listings beside yours, no lead resold to three other agents, and no ranking to pay for. The SEO accrues to your name — which is the asset you are actually building.

Compliance is enforced, not warned about

A page without a valid Trakheesi permit cannot publish, and takes itself offline the day the permit lapses.

Your originals stay yours

Enhancement never overwrites what you uploaded. Download the untouched original at any time, for any portal.

Fast where it matters

A buyer on 4G at a viewing sees photographs, not spinners.

Activity, not analytics

Not a dashboard of charts. One sentence per client: what they opened, which property held them, and when they last looked.

Inbound only, by design

No outbound prospecting, ever. A regulatory line, not a roadmap gap.

The two questions everyone asks

Yes, it is compliant. No, you do not re-type anything.

Compliant, or it does not publish

Permit number, permit type, permit expiry and your BRN are checked before a page can go live. Not warned about — checked. The publish button stays off until they are right, and it names the one that is wrong.

When a permit lapses the page takes itself down the same day. You cannot be the agent whose expired listing was still up three weeks later.

Bring the listings you already have

Connect the same XML feed you send to Property Finder or Bayut and your inventory arrives with it. Photographs, permits, prices and specs — matched on your own reference numbers.

A full feed keeps Onshow in step, including taking down what you removed. A partial feed only ever adds, because absence from a delta means nothing.

Brochures that cannot be out of date

Generated at the moment of the request, from the listing as it stands — so a brochure can never disagree with the page it came from. Print a client's name on it and a forwarded copy is traceable back to them.

Enquiries and viewings, in one place

A viewing request is a lead with a date attached, so it arrives in the same inbox with the property already on it. Nothing to check twice, and nothing that goes out to an owner who did not ask to hear from you.

Consent is stored verbatim with every enquiry — the exact words shown at the moment it was given, which is what the PDPL asks you to be able to produce.

Portfolio

One address that holds everything you are working

Your photograph, your bio, your BRN, the areas you actually work, and every live listing. It is live from the day you sign up, before the first property exists.

  • Indexed by search engines — the SEO is yours, not a portal’s
  • Verified marker once your identity and licence have been checked
  • A contact form that hands you the number rather than sending anything

Questions

Before you start

Anything not here, ask us directly.

Do I need a Trakheesi permit to publish?
Yes — and Onshow will not let you publish without one. Dubai requires a permit on every advertisement, including your own website. Enter the permit number, type, issue and expiry dates and your BRN, and the publish button unlocks.
What happens when a permit expires?
The property page goes offline the same day, automatically. Renew the permit and update the expiry date, and the page comes back at the same URL — every link you have already sent still works.
Can I bring listings from Property Finder or Bayut?
Yes. Connect the same XML feed you already send them and your inventory imports with photographs, permits and specs, matched on your own reference numbers. You can also add properties by hand.
Who owns the photographs?
You do. Enhancement writes new files and never overwrites what you uploaded — the untouched original is downloadable at any time, at full resolution, for any portal.
Does Onshow message my clients?
No, and it never will. Onshow captures inbound enquiries and hands you the number; every reply happens in your own WhatsApp or phone. There are no outbound prospecting features, which is a regulatory line rather than a roadmap gap.
What happens to my pages if I cancel?
Live pages stay up until the end of the period you have paid for, then go offline. Your listings and photographs remain exportable throughout, and nothing is deleted while you can still sign in.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel whenever. The fourteen-day trial does not ask for a card, and reaching your listing cap never takes an already-published page offline.

Put your next listing somewhere it is the only thing on the page.
