Brochures

Brochures that build themselves.

A designed A4 document for every listing, generated from the same record as your page at the moment somebody asks for it. Change the price once and both are right.

Generatedon request, never stored
Permit blockpart of the document

Every brochure you have ever made went stale the day the price moved. Then it lived on in a client’s phone, quoting a number you no longer stand behind.

Rebuilt by hand

An evening in a design tool for a PDF that is wrong within a week.

Out of sync

The page says one price, the brochure another, the portal a third.

Compliance dropped

The permit block is the first thing cut when the layout gets tight.

How it works

The whole workflow
Step 01

The listing arrives

From the XML feed your brokerage already sends the portals, from a brochure PDF you upload and the extractor reads for you to check, or from your own typing. Price, specification and the permit fields; photographs are added here, because a feed does not carry them.

Step 02

There is nothing to choose

No template picker and no layout to maintain. The document’s shape is decided by what the listing holds: the cover, the specification, each photograph, the floor plan, the location and the all-in cost table — and a section with no content is dropped rather than printed empty.

Step 03

It is made when it is asked for

Nothing is stored. The listing at the moment of the request is the current version, which is what makes “regenerated on change” cost nothing — there is no job to run and no cache to bust. Download it from your dashboard, from the property page, or from a Selection.

Step 04

A copy you hand over is traceable

Prepare a named copy for a client and the name is printed on the document rather than hidden in it — the point of a named copy is that you can tell where it went if it is forwarded. The named route stays behind your login, so nobody can forge a “prepared for” line on it.

What you get

A document that is always the current one.

It cannot be stale

Every download is built from the record at that instant. What the client is holding is what is true, and a price change needs no second action from you.

Only what the record holds

No caption invented for a photograph, because there is no caption column. No schematic floor plan with six made-up room areas. No yield without your own stated rent and the listing’s own service charge. A page can be corrected; a PDF in somebody’s inbox cannot.

The permit block and the QR

Permit number, permit type, the issuing licence, the expiry date and the Madmoun verification code are part of the document, not a section that can be dropped. Every page carries the footer band, so a single forwarded sheet still says who to ring.

Studio corrects exposure, colour and geometry in one pass and writes new files beside the original, which is never overwritten. The document prints the corrected version and the original stays downloadable at full size.

What we never do

The rules this feature runs on, on every plan and in every month of the trial.

01Let a brochure go staleThere is no stored copy to go stale. Every download and every link is generated from the listing as it stands at that moment, which is why keeping it current costs nothing.
02Print without the permit blockThe permit number, type, issuing licence, expiry and the Madmoun code are part of the document. No layout drops them, and no listing publishes without them in the first place.
03Print a measurement nobody can checkNo invented caption, no schematic floor plan, no yield derived from a rent you did not state. A printed document handed to a buyer is the worst place to soften that rule.

Fair questions

More of them on the home page.
Or ask a person — we reply.

Can I edit the brochure by hand?

You edit the listing and the document follows. That is the point rather than a limitation: a file you can edit separately is a second version of the truth, and it is the one that ends up quoting last month’s price in somebody’s phone.

Does it print well?

It is A4 exactly — 210 by 297 millimetres on screen and at print, not an aspect ratio that happens to be close. The print styles are part of the document and the render runs with JavaScript switched off, so the same request produces the same pages every time.

Is it available in Arabic?

Not yet, and we would rather say so here than have you find out from the file. The standard PDF fonts cannot represent Arabic at all, so Arabic text is removed rather than breaking the whole document. Proper Arabic needs an embedded typeface, which is a font-licensing decision rather than a code change.

Works with

Never rebuild a brochure again.

Fourteen days, no card. Publish one listing and the document exists — there is nothing to generate and nothing to keep in sync.
