About
The agent does the work. The portal keeps the address.
Onshow exists to put that back the right way round — a property page that belongs to the person who won the listing, on an address that is theirs.

A listing is the most valuable thing an agent owns, and it is usually somebody else's web page.
An agent in Dubai wins a listing, photographs it, writes it, pulls the permit — and then publishes it onto a portal, beside four competitors, under somebody else's brand, where the lead is sold back to them and to three other people.
The alternative has always been a website, which means an agency, a quote, six weeks, a content management system, and a page that is out of date the day the price moves. Meanwhile the actual distribution channel for property in this city is a link pasted into WhatsApp.
So Onshow is the shortest path between a property and a link worth sending: enter it once, and it becomes a page, a Portfolio entry, a brochure and a Selection — with the permit checked before any of it can go live.
Two kinds of people, one product.
The tenancy model is the reason both work at once: a brokerage shares billing and permits, while every agent keeps their own address and their own listings.
Independent consultants
You are the brand. Your address, your photograph, your BRN, your track record — and a page per property that has nothing on it but your property. The SEO accrues to you, and so does the client.
Brokerages
One bill, one set of permits, one feed — and every agent still on their own subdomain. A visitor to one consultant's Portfolio sees that consultant's listings and nobody else's, which is a guarantee enforced in the database rather than by a filter somebody has to remember.
The decisions we have already made, so you do not have to ask.
Some of these are product opinions. Two of them are regulatory lines and will not move.
Inbound only, permanently
Onshow captures enquiries and hands you the number. It has no outbound prospecting features and will never message a property owner who did not ask to hear from you. That is a regulatory line, not a roadmap gap.
Compliance is enforced
Not a checklist you can dismiss. A page without a valid permit cannot publish, and goes offline the day the permit lapses.
Your work stays yours
Original photographs are never overwritten and always downloadable. Your listings export whenever you want them.
One market, done properly
Trakheesi, RERA, DLD fees, Asia/Dubai dates, dirhams as integers, Arabic right-to-left. A generic product with a UAE toggle is not the same thing.
A tenant boundary you can audit
Every public read goes through a database function with an explicit column list, so a new column cannot leak by accident.
Dubai, and close to it.
The database sits in Mumbai and the application runs beside it, because a page that renders in Dubai should not make a round trip to Virginia to fetch a price.
We are small, we answer our own support, and the person who replies to you can change the product. If something about Onshow is wrong for how you actually work, that is worth an email — most of what is on the roadmap arrived that way.
