Every tool in this market is sold to the brokerage and handed down. The agent ends up with a seat in someone else’s CRM, a page that carries someone else’s brand, and nothing to take with them when they leave. We think that is backwards.
Where it came from
We kept meeting the same person: an agent doing five hours of admin a week in tools they did not choose, retyping listings the portals already held, sending fifteen links to a client and learning nothing back.
Their brokerage owned the CRM, the page and the brand. When they moved, they left with a phone full of numbers and nothing else. Every tool had been bought by the office and handed down — none of it built for the person actually doing the selling.
So we built the thing that agent would buy for themselves. A Portfolio under their own name. Brochures that rebuild themselves. One private Selection per client, with the Activity coming back. And a verification step, so that the only listings a buyer ever sees belong to the licensed agent showing them.

Your address, clients, notes and history stay with you when you change brokerage. Original photographs are never overwritten and are downloadable at any time, so nothing is held hostage by an office subscription.
Onshow drafts; you send. No message reaches a client or an owner from us, on any plan — that is a regulatory line rather than a setting, so it is not a feature that is missing, it is a feature that is refused.
Listings arrive from a feed your brokerage owns, a file you upload, or your own typing. We never fetch a portal listing page, and we are not a portal.
Enhancement fixes light and geometry only. Nothing in a property is added or removed, the original is kept beside the corrected version, and no photograph is re-rendered by a generative model as though it were real.
