Better light, same room.
Exposure, colour and sharpness corrected by a fixed pipeline, four sizes written in the same pass, and the file you uploaded kept untouched. It is the same photograph, better exposed — never a different room.
An evening phone photograph of a good flat looks like a bad flat. A photographer costs a day and a fee you do not have for a listing that might not last the week.
The room is fine. The tungsten and the exposure are not.
A gallery shot across three visits reads as three different flats.

How it works
See it on a listingUpload as shot
Straight from the phone, to storage, without passing through this application at all — the row that points at the file exists before the first byte arrives. What you uploaded is written once to a path that cannot change afterwards.
The deterministic pass always runs
Orientation from the file’s own metadata, auto-levels, a grey-world white balance, local contrast, then sharpening in LAB — in that order, because local contrast applied before a colour cast is corrected bakes the cast in. Four sizes come out of the same pass. It is deterministic, so fifteen photographs of one property come out looking like one shoot.
The second stage is one stored instruction
A versioned instruction and a pinned model, and no field anywhere that lets an agent write their own. The instruction names what may change — exposure, shadow and highlight detail, colour, noise, sharpness — and then names every prohibition explicitly, and the asset records which version produced it.
You confirm a side by side, or nothing changes
A restored variant is offered, never published. The database refuses to display one without your confirmation and records who gave it and when; your original stays in the record to switch back to, and choosing to keep it is recorded too.
The upload link is a capability, so the ownership check that precedes it is the whole security boundary of that path.
What you get
Photographs that look like the room, from what you shot on your phone.
The camera’s mistakes, corrected. Nothing in the property is added, removed or moved — and that is not a policy on a page, it is written into the stored instruction and checked afterwards against the source on framing, structure and legible text. A variant that drifts is dropped rather than shown to you.
400, 800, 1600 and 2400 pixels wide as AVIF, written in the same pass as the correction rather than by a job afterwards. A photograph too small for a size does not get it: inventing one would be a resolution claim the file cannot support, and a buyer can see the difference on a phone.
Download every original for a listing as one archive, byte for byte as you uploaded them — no second pass, no re-encode, no metadata stripped, no watermark. Keep the restored set for your own pages and brochures and push the untouched files wherever provenance is being checked.
A restored image carries its disclosure, and the sentence prints on the property page and on every brochure page. A variant nobody is told about is the one thing a regulator reading an advertisement would call a misrepresentation — so the label is part of the feature rather than a setting.

What we never do
Three refusals, and the first one is the product’s whole position.

Write to us
Can it remove clutter or add furniture to an empty room?
Not in Studio. Correcting what the camera got wrong and re-rendering the room are two different acts, and only one of them survives a buyer standing in the doorway. Every file this pipeline produces is the photograph you took, and the advertisement carries your licence number.
Does it straighten verticals or correct the lens?
Not today, and we would rather say so than let you find out. The pass corrects orientation from the file’s own metadata, exposure, colour, local contrast and sharpness. Geometry beyond that rotation is not done — it is the easiest claim on this page to disprove with one photograph of a tall building.
Is the original kept?
Always, and the path it was written to cannot change. You can download the untouched files at full resolution at any time, and the page can be switched back to them with one click — which is also recorded, because it is a decision you made.
What if the restored version comes back wrong?
It is compared against your photograph before you are offered it, on framing, on structure and on any legible text, and a variant that fails is discarded. What the listing keeps is the deterministic pass, which is publishable on its own — a rejection costs you a slightly less punchy photograph and nothing else.
How is it metered?
Your allowance is reserved before any paid provider is called, so a spend always has a record behind it. When the month’s allowance is gone the deterministic pass keeps running, your photographs are still processed and your listings are still publishable — nothing goes offline because a meter ran out.
