If something is down

A live page and the dashboard fail separately.

Published property pages are served independently of the dashboard, so a problem signing in does not take a live listing offline. That is a property of how the two are built rather than a promise about uptime.

If a page you have already shared is not loading, that is worth telling us about immediately rather than waiting — it is the one failure that reaches a client before it reaches you.

My permit will not validate.

Check the expiry date first — a permit that expires today is still valid through today, but one that expired yesterday will block publishing. The number, the type and the issuing licence number all have to match the Trakheesi certificate exactly.

A photograph uploaded but is not showing.

Photographs are corrected and re-encoded after they arrive, so there is a short window where the listing exists and the image is still being prepared. If it has been more than a few minutes, send us the listing reference.

Can I move my address to a different subdomain?

Not from the dashboard, because every link you have already sent points at the current one. Write to us and we will talk through what it would break before changing anything.

Can you help my whole office move across?

Yes. We map a sample of your office feed so you can see what your brokers would get, then onboard the team seat by seat. Ask before you sign anybody up rather than after.

How do I export everything?

Original photographs are downloadable per listing at any time. For a full export of listings and enquiries, ask us — it is a request we handle by hand today rather than a button, and we would rather do it properly.
