The more specific the better — the property you were adding, the permit that would not validate, the thing you expected to happen. It saves a round trip.

This opens your own mail app rather than posting to us in the background, so you keep a copy of what you sent and we do not hold a message you cannot see.

Published property pages are served independently of the dashboard, so a problem signing in does not take a live listing offline. If a page you have shared is not loading, that is worth telling us about immediately rather than waiting.

My permit will not validate.

Check the expiry date first — a permit that expires today is still valid today, but one that expired yesterday will block publishing. The number, the type and the issuing licence number all have to match the Trakheesi certificate exactly.

A photograph uploaded but is not showing.

Photographs are corrected and re-encoded after they arrive, so there is a short window where the listing exists and the image is still being prepared. If it has been more than a few minutes, send us the listing reference.

Can I move my address to a different subdomain?

Not from the dashboard, because every link you have already sent points at the current one. Write to us and we will talk through what it would break before changing anything.

Do you offer a custom domain?

On Enterprise. Everyone else gets yourname.onshow.ae, which is live and indexable from the day you sign up.

How do I export everything?

Original photographs are downloadable per listing at any time. For a full export of listings and enquiries, ask us — it is a request we handle by hand today rather than a button, and we would rather do it properly. Your work stays yours.
