One property, entered once, everywhere it has to be.

A page at your own address, a brochure, a private set for one client, and what that client actually did with it — all from one record, so a price that changes once is not wrong in three places.

Before it publishesThe whole permit block
Sent on your behalfNothing, ever

Every part of it, one page each.

Ten pages. Start with the one that answers the question you actually came with.

The same property gets typed into a portal, a spreadsheet, a PDF and a WhatsApp message — and the four stop agreeing with each other the first time the price moves.

Typed four times

One price change, and three of the four copies are now wrong. Usually the one a client is reading.

Nothing comes back

A portal hands you a view count. Which property held the client, and for how long, is not something it tells you.

The permit is yours to remember

Dubai requires the permit block on the advertisement, and the accuracy of it sits with the licensed broker. A spreadsheet does not check.

Four copies, or one record

Same property · same photographs

The price is right wherever you last edited itOne write, and the page, the brochure and every link you have already sent follow from it
The brochure is rebuilt by hand, or it is staleThe brochure is built at the moment it is asked for, so it is never a stored copy of an old price
The permit block is yours to rememberNo permit block, no publish — and a permit that expires takes the page offline the same day
A shared folder of photographs, sent to whoever asksA private link for one client, unguessable and never indexed, that you can withdraw without losing the history
Your photographs end up living in the portalThe file you uploaded is never overwritten and stays downloadable at full size, whatever you use next

What Onshow never does

These hold on every surface above, which is why they are here and not on any one of those pages.

01Message anyone for youAn enquiry is captured and handed to you. Nothing is ever sent to a lead, an owner or any contact on your behalf — no campaign, no sequence, no "we followed up for you". It is a regulatory line rather than a setting, and it is checked at build time.
02Publish a page without its permit blockThe permit number, the type, the dates, the issuing licence and your BRN are required before the button works. The gate names the field that is missing; a database constraint refuses the row either way.
03Show one agent’s listings on another’s pageEvery public read is scoped inside the database to one Agent profile and returns a named list of columns. A row that came back belonging to somebody else refuses the render instead of being filtered out of it.

Before you read ten pages

The three questions that decide whether the rest is worth your evening.
More of them, answered plainly.

Which page should I read first?

Portfolio page and Listing import, in that order. One is what your client sees; the other is how your inventory gets here without being retyped. Everything else on this page assumes a listing already exists.

How much of this do I have to use?

The permit block is not optional — no listing publishes without it. Everything else is: a Portfolio works perfectly well with listings you typed in yourself, a Selection works whether or not a photograph was ever enhanced, and a brochure is generated either way.

What does it cost?

Fourteen days without a card, then a seat. The plans, what a seat includes and the cap on published listings are all on the pricing page — and the cap counts published listings only, so a draft never uses one.

Put one of your own properties through it.

Fourteen days, no card. Import a feed or type one listing, complete the permit block, and the page is live at your own address.
