Questions
About billing
Is there really no card for the trial?
None. You sign up, choose your address, and publish. We ask for payment details at the end of the fourteen days, and if you do nothing the account simply stops publishing new pages.
What counts towards my listing cap?
Only published, non-deleted listings. Drafts never consume a slot, and archiving one frees it immediately. Reaching the cap stops you publishing something new — it never takes an already-live page offline.
What happens if I go over on a Brokerage plan?
The cap rises with each seat, so adding an agent adds capacity. If a team is consistently at the ceiling we would rather move you to Enterprise than sell overage.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, at any time. Moving to annual credits the unused part of the month you have paid for; moving back takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for.
Do you charge per property page?
No. The seat covers the agent and their pages up to the cap. There is no per-page, per-view or per-enquiry charge, and no charge for a client opening a Selection.
What happens to my pages if I cancel?
Live pages stay up until the end of the period you have paid for, then go offline. Your listings and photographs stay exportable throughout, and nothing is deleted while you can still sign in.
Do you offer anything for new agents?
Talk to us. If you have just got your BRN and are building a first portfolio, we would rather have you on the product than not.
