Is there really no card for the trial?
None. You sign up, choose your address, and publish. Payment details are asked for at the end of the fourteen days, and if you do nothing the account simply stops publishing new pages.
What counts towards my listing cap?
Only published, non-deleted listings. Drafts never consume a slot and archiving one frees it immediately. Reaching the cap stops you publishing something new — it never takes an already-live page offline.
What happens if my team outgrows its plan?
Talk to us before you hit the ceiling. We would rather move a brokerage onto terms that fit than sell overage on a cap that was chosen for somebody smaller.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, at any time. Moving to annual credits the unused part of the month you have paid for; moving back takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for.
Do you charge per property page, per view or per enquiry?
No. The seat covers the agent and their pages up to the cap. There is no per-page, per-view or per-enquiry charge, and no charge for a client opening a Selection.
What happens to my pages if I cancel?
Live pages stay up until the end of the period you have paid for, then go offline. Your listings and photographs stay exportable throughout, and nothing is deleted while you can still sign in.
