What happens on the call
01You bring one listingOne you already have, or one typed in while we talk. We complete its permit block, publish the page at an address you choose, and generate the brochure from the same listing — change the price once and both move.
02We connect a feed, if you have oneFor an office we map a sample of the XML you already send the portals, so you can see what arrives. Listings land as drafts with the permit number filled in; photographs are not carried in a feed, so you add those once.
03You see the client sideA private Selection built from your own listings, the unguessable link you would send, and the Activity that comes back — opens, minutes per listing, the home that held them longest, and which parts of that home they read. Nothing is ever sent to your client by us.
04Questions, honestly answeredPricing, compliance, what is shipped and what is not. No follow-up sequence afterwards, because there is no mechanism in this product for one.
